• Take Database & Files Backup.
• Extract 1.2 files in place of 1.1
• Copy application/config/database.php from 1.1 backup to 1.2
• Copy application/config/config.php from 1.1 backup to 1.2
• Copy assets/uploads from 1.1 to 1.2
